Flexible options that work for you

Teams that work in a hybrid workplace model have the flexibility to co-create a work week that works best for them which will include two days/week onsite. Hybrid roles include a blend of highly collaborative tasks and individual deliverables.

Collaborative onsite positions

Teams that work in an onsite workplace model work on TD premises or at a client site. They can also occasionally work remotely where feasible. Onsite roles have a strong dependence on in-person interactions with colleagues, customers and technology.

Remote, but connected

Our remote teams do their work from a secure and private workspace. From time to time, colleagues may be asked to be onsite for activities, meetings and/or client interactions that are best accomplished in person.
